hobie power skiff build
Picked up a hobie power skiff , 50 nissan tldi motor transom is bad - owner put a piece of angle iron across the transom few other glass repairs will be needed console is pretty butchered and the wiring is a mess too.. motor has a few problems - tilt motor is missing, as in gone - area.. Just got a hobie power skiff. i’m going to completely redo her into a fishing machine. mike in tampa. reactions: you made a great boat there and gave great advise! “build what you want” couldn’t have said it better myself! in the end, it’s your money and time going i to it and only you know what you want out of it! well said!. Real nice boats and he makes several others also. beaufort boatworks in nc builds a 13 ft kingfisher he says is based on the hobie and is for up to 25hp. again, a real pretty boat. so here are a 13, 14 and 16 hobie power skiff copy for those who can't find a real one and i think i would buy any one of them.
